Seers Court, Shailer Park

The specifications on this Shailer Park renovation were simple-add more rooms and give them an alfresco entertaining area. The back of this existing lowset home was mostly slab and underutilised so a master suite, dining room and enclosed patio area were created. The original and new roofs were painted the same colour to give a sense of continuity along with the render making the extension to this property blend seamlessly. Although this was not a large project it has allowed the owners to expand and stay in the home they love.
